Awesome like I expected

Love the feel, quality, color and look of this sweatshirt. My Mr Beast sweatshirts are my absolute favorite sweatshirts to wear!

Grandson loves it

We surprised our Grandson the day he came up to order Beastburgers (they are not available where he lives) and the sweatshirt came the same day. He was so happy and wears it all the time. Mr. Beast is his favorite and now we get Beast burgers every time he comes up.

Never received.

Would have loved to get it, but due to some sort of glitch in the system I was notified about 2 months after ordering that it was out of stock. Impossible to get a hold of anybody to problem solve the issue, or get any input. I was eventually refunded.

Surprised you've asked for review.

Overall my experience was disappointing. I placed an order the first week of December, for my sons xmas present. It didnt ship for over a week, and when it did it was just floating around the US and was untraceable for over a week. I understand that once it's in USPS hands it's out of your control. What is under your control is your customer support, which outside of canned responses, ignored me. I was able to reach one person, who said to follow up with USPS and then get back to them for help, but she stopped responding after I had no luck with usps. No follow up, no concern, seems pretty automated so, that's what you'll get if it happens to you. That's my review, and I'd be shocked if anyone cares.
